Last night I did a 20K route I have done regularly for the last few years. What’s different this time was that it followed a few months of tweaking my technique and a full summer of bike club rides, something new for me this year. It’s only September, but I had the fastest time I’ve ever had. I did the whole thing in V2, not my best technique, and focused on making it more like a double pole workout with the roller skis pointing as straight down the trail as I could. I can’t wait for the cooler weather.
